I went for a NY Inspection, I didn't have to wait long before they pulled my vehicle in. I did have an appointment they have WiFi so you can entertain yourself while you wait, drinks in the lobby and a few toys for small children. It's close to Ft. Drum They were every professional, they treat customers right.

My husband and I collect classic vehicles and with amount of moving we do, it is always a challenge to find a place that can service and repair our babies. Service Plus has been very responsive, fair priced and they always make a customer feel welcome at the shop. You owe it to yourself to check out Service Plus. Just moved into the area from out of state and started having problems with my car. When I found a NAPA care center I knew I was getting the service I wanted. They spent extra time talking to my old garage and worked out the warranty coverage for me. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Quality of work was excellent, and during the work if they find something serious they will call and get your input instead of doing just the work you brought it in for. Overall Service Plus has at least one new long term customer and will be my answer for anyone who asks.

My family and I went in to them on their day off and they took the time to reinspect our car. They let all 4 of our children into their facility and were very nice. They will be the first place that I go from now on.

I have personally known Jennifer for over 6 years. If you are looking for an honest repair shop, this is it. Their focus is on your safety and helping you make your car last longer with suggestions on maintenance. Who likes car payments? I'd rather fix and keep the car I already have. I'm normally not the type of person to leave reviews, but the help I got from this shop, Service Plus Automotive, was awesome that I wanted to let other people out there like me know that they are people you can trust. I am a single mom with a 3 year old living in the area. I dont really know alot about cars and Ive never really had any car issues before. Well I guess my luck ran out. I was with my son and we were getting ready to go grocery shopping. I thought my vehicle was driving kind of funny but I guess I just ignored it and figured it was normal. Then all the sudden a light came on my dash that said 'Service Engine Soon'. I freaked and was wondering why my engine needed to be serviced, because Ive never seen this light before. So I pulled over and called my dad. He told me to call AAA and arrange for a tow if I was uncomfortable driving the vehicle and they would take me to a AAA approved shop. So i called and arranged for a tow and the closest place was Service Plus. Once my son and I got to the shop, my son ran right in and started playing with all the toys they have in their waiting room. When I walked in I felt comfortable too. There were 2 women sitting at the counter and they both smiled and said hi. I told them what had happened and they were very kind and explained to me that they would have a technician pull my vehicle in to look at it. I waited in their waiting room which for being an automotive shop, was very clean. Im used to the ones on TV where they are all dirty and the technicians are greasy. After a short period of time the technician came out and talked to me about what was going on with my vehicle, which made me feel alot better. My vehicle just needed a small tune up. The technician even brought me out in the shop and showed me my spark plugs. Then there was other services that the girls told me about that were all just reccommendations based on mileage that will keep my vehicle running good and last me for awhile. I never knew about any of this stuff, just thought I had to do my oil changes and that was it. Once they gave me the price of a tune up, which to my suprise was not a bad deal at all, plus I got a 10% discount for being AAA. Then they even offered me a ride home so my son and I did not have to wait for a couple hours in the waiting room. I was like great, but of course my son had a fit because he was having so much fun playing. Once we got home, I was feeling alot better about how my vehicle is going to run and be safe to drive. Once my vehicle was done they even came and picked me back up. I paid for my bill, plus got a coupon off my next service, I love coupons. They then told me they do everything here except body work. Since I now know that I will be bringing my car back here for everything. The work was fantastic, the services they offer are fantastic and their customer service was fantastic!!! Recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been browsing reviews and decided to write my own.I am new to the area and less than a week ago started having car troubles, as luck would have it my problems started friday night at about 5pm. I called a few shops and told them my problem and all they coul offer was we can look at it monday, which I understood because it was late and the weekend was upon us, so I decided to give service plus a call, and am I ever glad I did. They said that I could bring it down and they would try and help me out. Once I arrived there they were very pleasant and listened to my concerns and problems. after a short wait they informed me my exhaust had broken and found my right front wheel bearing was extremely loose. I said well I,ll have to try and find a way home that,s when they informed me they had a shuttle service and would be happy to drive me and my children home. To make a long story short They fixed my car and it drives great this is one customer who would highly recomend Service Plus to anyone needing automotive service.Thankyou Service Plus
