I went for a NY Inspection, I didn't have to wait long before they pulled my vehicle in. I did have an appointment they have WiFi so you can entertain yourself while you wait, drinks in the lobby and a few toys for small children. It's close to Ft. Drum They were every professional, they treat customers right.

Just moved into the area from out of state and started having problems with my car. When I found a NAPA care center I knew I was getting the service I wanted. They spent extra time talking to my old garage and worked out the warranty coverage for me. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Quality of work was excellent, and during the work if they find something serious they will call and get your input instead of doing just the work you brought it in for. Overall Service Plus has at least one new long term customer and will be my answer for anyone who asks.
