Being new to the Fort Drum area, I had no idea where to go when my truck would not start. I called AAA for a recomendation and they suggested Service Plus, which was also close to me. They were able to get me in the next day and were very professional on the phone. After they found out the cause of my problem, they called me with the estimate and said it could be completed the same day. When I went to get my truck, the final bill was $18 less. No hidden charges or surprises. I can see why AAA sends people here. It is hard to relocate to an area and start over with new service providers, but I have now found my repair shop, next up, a good dentist.

Service Plus Automotive was at the top of my list that I received from my family, plus I received a coupon for being referred by my brother-in-law. It is not only very convienent to get to, but they give you great service. Cassie, Ron and Nicole were very friendly and helpful. They kept in touch with me and let me know exactly what was going on with my car. They even gave me a ride home. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
