I'm normally not the type of person to leave reviews, but the help I got from this shop, Service Plus Automotive, was awesome that I wanted to let other people out there like me know that they are people you can trust. I am a single mom with a 3 year old living in the area. I dont really know alot about cars and Ive never really had any car issues before. Well I guess my luck ran out. I was with my son and we were getting ready to go grocery shopping. I thought my vehicle was driving kind of funny but I guess I just ignored it and figured it was normal. Then all the sudden a light came on my dash that said 'Service Engine Soon'. I freaked and was wondering why my engine needed to be serviced, because Ive never seen this light before. So I pulled over and called my dad. He told me to call AAA and arrange for a tow if I was uncomfortable driving the vehicle and they would take me to a AAA approved shop. So i called and arranged for a tow and the closest place was Service Plus. Once my son and I got to the shop, my son ran right in and started playing with all the toys they have in their waiting room. When I walked in I felt comfortable too. There were 2 women sitting at the counter and they both smiled and said hi. I told them what had happened and they were very kind and explained to me that they would have a technician pull my vehicle in to look at it. I waited in their waiting room which for being an automotive shop, was very clean. Im used to the ones on TV where they are all dirty and the technicians are greasy. After a short period of time the technician came out and talked to me about what was going on with my vehicle, which made me feel alot better. My vehicle just needed a small tune up. The technician even brought me out in the shop and showed me my spark plugs. Then there was other services that the girls told me about that were all just reccommendations based on mileage that will keep my vehicle running good and last me for awhile. I never knew about any of this stuff, just thought I had to do my oil changes and that was it. Once they gave me the price of a tune up, which to my suprise was not a bad deal at all, plus I got a 10% discount for being AAA. Then they even offered me a ride home so my son and I did not have to wait for a couple hours in the waiting room. I was like great, but of course my son had a fit because he was having so much fun playing. Once we got home, I was feeling alot better about how my vehicle is going to run and be safe to drive. Once my vehicle was done they even came and picked me back up. I paid for my bill, plus got a coupon off my next service, I love coupons. They then told me they do everything here except body work. Since I now know that I will be bringing my car back here for everything. The work was fantastic, the services they offer are fantastic and their customer service was fantastic!!! Recommend this shop to anyone.

I have been browsing reviews and decided to write my own.I am new to the area and less than a week ago started having car troubles, as luck would have it my problems started friday night at about 5pm. I called a few shops and told them my problem and all they coul offer was we can look at it monday, which I understood because it was late and the weekend was upon us, so I decided to give service plus a call, and am I ever glad I did. They said that I could bring it down and they would try and help me out. Once I arrived there they were very pleasant and listened to my concerns and problems. after a short wait they informed me my exhaust had broken and found my right front wheel bearing was extremely loose. I said well I,ll have to try and find a way home that,s when they informed me they had a shuttle service and would be happy to drive me and my children home. To make a long story short They fixed my car and it drives great this is one customer who would highly recomend Service Plus to anyone needing automotive service.Thankyou Service Plus

Being new to the Fort Drum area, I had no idea where to go when my truck would not start. I called AAA for a recomendation and they suggested Service Plus, which was also close to me. They were able to get me in the next day and were very professional on the phone. After they found out the cause of my problem, they called me with the estimate and said it could be completed the same day. When I went to get my truck, the final bill was $18 less. No hidden charges or surprises. I can see why AAA sends people here. It is hard to relocate to an area and start over with new service providers, but I have now found my repair shop, next up, a good dentist.

Best Auto repair in the area! Being new to the area, I asked around for a good repair shop. Service Plus Automotive was at the top of my list that I received from my family, plus I received a coupon for being referred by my brother-in-law. It is not only very convienent to get to, but they give you great service. Cassie, Ron and Nicole were very friendly and helpful. They kept in touch with me and let me know exactly what was going on with my car. They even gave me a ride home. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
