Seneca Lake
Seneca Falls offers several must-see locations, including three of the best parks in the region, the most significant wine trail in New York State, and also provides some spectacular views from local boat tours! Driving down Route 14S offers a scenic drive with stunning views and is right along the wine trail that includes a collection of 35 wineries. Seneca Lake is home to three beautiful parks, including the Seneca Lake State Park at the north, the Finger Lakes National Park at the southeast, and Watkins Glen State Park on the south side of the lake.
Lake Placid
Taking a trip in this direction offers several historic and scenic views and destinations for outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and climbing. Some top locations include the John Brown Farm State Historic site, the Lake Placid Winter Olympic Museum, and the St Eustace Episcopal Church. Other locations that include hiking and skiing trails are the Jackrabbit Trail, Mount Jo, Northville Trail, and Pitchoff Mountain.
Niagara Falls

Old Forge
The Enchanted Forest Water Safari is an aquatic theme park at Old Forge that is a can't-miss attraction. The McCauley Mountain Ski Center at Old Forge offers a family-oriented getaway on the slopes and features a ski resort. Another exciting location is Nicks Lake, which has 112 campsites, picnic areas, hiking trails, and opportunities for fishing.
