Had just driven 5 hrs without problem to Ft Drum to help with grandchildren for the weekend. 30 min later, car is driving strangely. My son suggested Service Plus. Limped there in the car. Problem diagnosed quickly. Fixed by the next day. Was so grateful for the team’s willingness to help a “damsel in distress” so quickly. Was also truly impressed with how each client was addressed/managed/assisted . Team is polite, helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. This place is a true gem- all you folks up there are soo lucky to have such a great team to care for your car. Many thanks to Jennifer and her team. Made it home safe and sound!

I have been taking my vehicle here for the last 2 years after having issues with some cheaper mechanics around town. I have had breaks replaced, tires, shocks, windshield wiper transmission, oil changes, etc done. I have NEVER had any issues. They offer a free shuttle, so you can drop it off before work and get a ride onto post or into Watertown. When it's done, they will pick you up! It's incredibly convenient and fast. I was weary with it being right off of the military post, but have been pleasantly surprised. Although they are not always the cheapest in town, they offer quality and warranty so I have saved money over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
