I can't say enough good things about the level of customer service I received at this shop. I brought my minivan in, needing extensive care and repairs and they helped me through every step between accommodating my small children and I via shuttle service or delivery of my completed vehicle, or helping us through the financing of the job needing to be done. The service was fast, friendly and a true reminder that good small business' still exist. I was weary of trusting a shop right outside of post, and because my husband is away and I do not have a knowledge of cars, but they were thorough and kind and made sure I knew about every thing being done to my car. Everything about Service Plus Automotive is to be raved about - their hospitality, customer service, and handling of my car. I will be recommending Don, Jen, Porsche and the rest of the crew at the shop to everyone and anyone I come across during my time here at Fort Drum to them. They truly deserve all the best business the can get and I could not be more grateful for trusting them with my family car.
