I was actually pleased with the service done on my vehicle here. I tried this place because the Firestone on post is always packed. Dan and Jennifer called to give me updates and suggested what needed to be done on the vehicle. They even called a couple of days later to thank me for business. Really friendly staff, and the prices seemed better than other similar places. Didn't feel like they were trying to up sell me on any unnecessary services like most service places do.

When you call Bill is the first person to always pick up and give a warm greeting. If not Bill, then another new coworker who is up to speed will assist you too. Mrs. Jennifer, the main Boss is friendly, understanding and gives you a lot of information as she is knowledgeable on any vehicle. This place is accessible for anyone and parking is abundant. I highly suggest making an appointment but if life happens then they accept walk-ins. The mechanics don't hide in the back like other shops, and they will hands on look at your damage if you have a collision, dent, etc. right there with you, and show your old parts they switched out to you. The times arent bad for spouses of service men/women but if you come by during lunch your visit can be fast and painless. Overall if you're stationed or live up near this friendly, inexpensive, facility, it is worth a visit.

Good quality service, staffs are friendly, they helped me figure out what have to be fixed and explain what part in my car that is critical that is needed to be change.

I have been in the Army for 26 years and have always avoided any business that was right outside a military installation gate. However, I was very surprised and satisfied with the service and treatment from Service Plus Automotive. I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment and was greeted by a super friendly staff. They immediately took my keys and got my car in for the services I needed. They were quick, courteous and very professional. I will no doubt visit this business again and will most definitely recommend them to everyone.

Great service & Outstanding, Caring people! I was on my way to work last week, when we had a 2 hour delay for Fort Drum, and my windshield wiper blade came off. My wife told me to run over to Service Plus and she guarantees they will help me out. Of course, they didn't let me down. I got there and let them know that I needed wiper blades and my driver side headlight was out. They didn't have the wipers, so they ordered them and while waiting for the blades to be delivered, they changed my headlight. In order to change the light, they had to take out the air filter, and when they did, it was so full of bugs and dust and they recommended replacing it, so I had them do that as well. They had to take a lot of parts off the front of my Subaru in order to replace the headlight, but they did this in a very timely manner. Before they were finished with the headlight, the wipers arrived and they were able to get everything done. I will definitely be going back there and recommending their outstanding service and capabilities to my Soldiers & Friends. I truly appreciate the service they provided and the attitudes of the employees. I felt like they were very knowledgable, honest and weren't just trying to sell me things that I didn't need. The employees were very friendly and nice while I was waiting. Very impressed.

My husband and I have taken all of our vehicles to Service Plus for 3+ years. It's often hard to find a shop you can trust when you are a military family and constantly moving, so knowing I can trust the quality of work Service Plus provides puts my mind at ease. Their customer service is top of the line and their team is excellent. I would recommend them any day. You'll be hard pressed to find a shop that cares more and takes better care of their neighboring military community.

I recently found myself 8 hours from home, with a sick car. I had made it up to nearby Ft Drum, but I had serious doubts about whether I would make it safely back home. With no knowledge of the area, I asked a clerk at a store what they would recommend and I was directed to Service Plus. The experience was an across-the-board positive one. I was greeted warmly; I settled into their comfortable waiting area while they test drove and examined the car, after which I was taken out to the bay and shown the source of my problem: my power steering pump and hose. They also pointed out some other areas to keep an eye on, but made it 100% clear that these were not urgent items and I could address them with my hometown shop at a later date. I was given a ride home, and the following day was picked up to collect my newly repaired car. And the cost was quite reasonable.Owner Jenn Hulbert and her crew made a stressful situation go very smoothly. Thank you!
