Great service & Outstanding, Caring people! I was on my way to work last week, when we had a 2 hour delay for Fort Drum, and my windshield wiper blade came off. My wife told me to run over to Service Plus and she guarantees they will help me out. Of course, they didn't let me down. I got there and let them know that I needed wiper blades and my driver side headlight was out. They didn't have the wipers, so they ordered them and while waiting for the blades to be delivered, they changed my headlight. In order to change the light, they had to take out the air filter, and when they did, it was so full of bugs and dust and they recommended replacing it, so I had them do that as well. They had to take a lot of parts off the front of my Subaru in order to replace the headlight, but they did this in a very timely manner. Before they were finished with the headlight, the wipers arrived and they were able to get everything done. I will definitely be going back there and recommending their outstanding service and capabilities to my Soldiers & Friends. I truly appreciate the service they provided and the attitudes of the employees. I felt like they were very knowledgable, honest and weren't just trying to sell me things that I didn't need. The employees were very friendly and nice while I was waiting. Very impressed.

My husband and I have taken all of our vehicles to Service Plus for 3+ years. It's often hard to find a shop you can trust when you are a military family and constantly moving, so knowing I can trust the quality of work Service Plus provides puts my mind at ease. Their customer service is top of the line and their team is excellent. I would recommend them any day. You'll be hard pressed to find a shop that cares more and takes better care of their neighboring military community.

I recently found myself 8 hours from home, with a sick car. I had made it up to nearby Ft Drum, but I had serious doubts about whether I would make it safely back home. With no knowledge of the area, I asked a clerk at a store what they would recommend and I was directed to Service Plus. The experience was an across-the-board positive one. I was greeted warmly; I settled into their comfortable waiting area while they test drove and examined the car, after which I was taken out to the bay and shown the source of my problem: my power steering pump and hose. They also pointed out some other areas to keep an eye on, but made it 100% clear that these were not urgent items and I could address them with my hometown shop at a later date. I was given a ride home, and the following day was picked up to collect my newly repaired car. And the cost was quite reasonable.Owner Jenn Hulbert and her crew made a stressful situation go very smoothly. Thank you!

I just had my truck serviced at Service Plus Automotive, absolutely one of the best. They were quick and thorough, and their prices are very reasonable. I will definitely take my truck back to them. The staff is great, and very friendly. I would recommend Service Plus Automotive to everyone.

Fantastic experience. My car was towed to this location by my insurance company, and I couldn't be happier for their choice. They kept great communication, were extremely polite and helpful, and ensured that I knew everything that was happening with my transmission and its status. They seemed genuinely concerned about controlling the costs to me, and had a number of options for payment so I could get the repairs I needed without financial stress. Can't say enough nice things about the place.

The team at Service Plus Automotive provide great service but more importantly--outstanding customer care! As a wife of a deployed soldier I can always rely on them no matter how minor or major the issue. I even walked in during the season's first snow to ask what kind of gas goes into our snow blower. I think I did the same thing before getting the gas for the lawn mower during the summer. I go to them for any service or repair that is not covered by our automotive warranties. They are knowledgeable, technically proficient, and always pleasant to deal with. Thank you all very much!!

Fantastic service. These people went out of their way to ensure that I was taken care of and informed. This included a walk through of every error found with my vehicle (they physically pointed everything out on the vehicle) and an easily understood explanation of what these parts do and how they can cause much worse issues later. My vehicle has seen a lot of miles from Texas to Washington to Kansas to New York. I have visited many Automotive Repair shops in my time with this vehicle and I can assure you that Service Plus Automotive is on the top tier of the business. They not only went out of their way to ensure that my vehicle was serviced and I was educated on its issues, they listed AND calculated rough estimates of price broken down by most important fixes to least important. They even drove me back to where I lived, without charging gas I might add, so I wouldn't have to sit in the shop all day. Oh, and they picked me back up when my vehicle was done being worked on. Also the bathroom within the customer center was very well kept.For the next few months I am in New York I will use Service Plus Automotive exclusively for any needs I have. I will also be recommending this place to every person I work with.

Love this place! I have been going to them since 2012. They have serviced my 1996 Jeep Cherokee, 2015 Jeep Cherokee (Trailhawk), 2004 Subaru WRX, and my 1970 Nova SS. Anytime I brought a vehicle in, my vehicle was always ready a day later. Great place and I recommend them to everyone I know.
