I have been going to service plus since we got to Fort Drum in 2018. They have always treated us extremely well. Since day one it was like family. I have trusted the staff with my truck, my wife's vehicle and our camper. They are very quick to respond and help with our needs. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Techs are amazing. Brandon and Jennifer that work the front desk are very friendly and keep great company if you choose to wait for the work to be done. Bonus is Bailey is usually there to greet you when you walk in. Brandon I'm sorry we won't get to know you new pup. I'm sure the new pup will make a great addition to the service plus team. All of you there are great. It is going to be extremely difficult to find a shop in WA that has made me feel like you guys have. I have never once worried that we were going to getting sub par work done or price gouged. We will miss you guys. Thank you for everything, from wheel bearing on the truck, to yearly inspections, to oil changes, tires, aftermarket installs, to getting our camper ready for the long haul you guys will truly be missed.
