I've been in the area for roughly 6 years and I've never had a problem with Service Plus. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They are also quite knowledgeable with most any vehicle related questions.

This is the second time I have gone to the facility and both times I have been very pleased with the service as well as the customer service. Thank you to all of you.

Very convenient right outside the Fort Drum gate! I really like the comprehensive inspections that they text to you. Always respectful of my time and not all the overcharging that you would get from a chain. Love mom and pop shops that are efficient!

Always a pleasure when ever I bring my truck in. The staff is amazing. Jennifer and her husband are always there to greet you with a smile. Amazing customer service. The vehicle techs know what they are doing and go above and beyond each time. They let you know without a doubt what the problem is and what to expect. I will continue to have my trucked serviced there. I cant write a review without mentioning Bailey, let's just say if the customer service and the techs dont win you over at service plus you'll see Baliey and she will make sure you come back to give her lots of pets and love (shes an attention deprived pup, or at least that's what she makes you think). As always thank you service plus for the amazing job with my truck.
